Cancellation:

Please note that cancellations made at least 3 days before the date of the class will receive a 100% credit.

You may cancel by email at info@luoxo.com or by WhatsApp at +852 9142 4476 only.

Please note that there will not be any refunds, but we offer credit. You may use these credits for any future class (or activity).

Please note that if we receive the cancellation within 48 hours of the booked class, the payment for the class will be lost.

 

If LUOXO must cancel a class, we will arrange new dates.

Minimum number of participants:

The classes must have a minimum of 3 participants. If there are not enough attendees, we may propose to select a new date or to change to a private class with supplement fees.
